Ai-Crafters
We build the system your business runs on: proof on your own data in a week, fixed price, yours to keep.
Every home services company has the same five problems. They just call them different names. We work out which one is the ceiling right now, and remove it.
Real home services companies, real systems in use or on live data.
Growth had hit a ceiling. Leads sat in a shared inbox, jobs in Notion, quotes on paper, and everything else lived in the owner's head. Every new job added chaos, so growing meant breaking things.
We built them their own operating system: one pipeline from lead to paid, quotes the homeowner opens, signs and pays on the spot, and an assistant that answers questions about the business in plain English. The owner is in the field all day, so he runs it by talking to it instead of tapping through screens.
Now the next crew, the next hire and the next 50 jobs go into the system instead of onto the owner.
All the scheduling for installs, measurements and service calls sat with one coordinator. The day that person was out sick, scheduling stopped. Crews crossed each other on the freeway and double bookings slipped through.
We built a dispatch planner that reads their real job list and lays out the week by location, crew and skill, while keeping their house rules. The schedule no longer depends on one person.
The written quote went out the day after the inspection. By then the homeowner had called three other companies and taken the cheapest.
Now the technician films and talks through the findings on site, and the app writes the report and quote right there. The homeowner can sign before a competitor ever shows up.
Once operations hold up, the next ceiling is volume. We mapped two channels their competitors ignore, property managers and HOAs for recurring contracts, and real estate escrow officers for termite inspections, and built them the contact lists and the pitch. A daily engine turns the questions people ask most about pest control into new pages on their site.
Several of these owners will take a call. One of them already sent me their next client, and another went from my student to running his own AI systems within a few months.
The same system can run every company you add. Each add-on gets the same pipeline, the same quotes and the same reporting from week one, so you compare numbers across the portfolio instead of reconciling different tools. And there are no per-seat fees as the platform grows.
60 to 90 minutes, paid, with a short questionnaire first. We find what AI could fix technically and what it should fix for the money.
Within about a week: a working demo on their own process and a fixed quote, before they commit to anything.
About four weeks of rollout and fixes until the team actually runs on it. Then it's theirs.
Monthly hours for changes, new needs and training.
Fixed price, and usually less than a year of the software it replaces.

Six years in Unit 8200, Israel's elite intelligence unit, twice a team lead. Then my first AI startup, six months before ChatGPT launched, working with auto dealerships, construction and elevator companies. I started Ai-Crafters two years ago with Eran, our CTO, building for some of Israel's largest insurers, government offices and the Ministry of Education.
Since moving to New York I work only with home services. A dozen-plus companies so far, across attic and crawl space, pest control, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and gates. Some I teach to do it themselves, and for others I build it.
